Delivery of products and associated costs

The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the Order by the Customer within 48-72 hours from the acceptance of the Order by Shedyr Italia, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before placing the Order.

Shedyr Italia reserves the right to accept or refuse delivery requests outside the territories of Italy or Europe. In any case, for deliveries outside the Italian territory, shipping costs and delivery times may be subject to changes.

Regarding supply requests to countries outside the European Union, import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, it is advisable for the Customer to contact the customs authorities of the relevant country in advance to verify costs and any potential import restrictions.

The delivery times indicated by Shedyr Italia are purely indicative, and a delay in the same, or any delivery made with subsequent partial shipments does not authorize the Customer to refuse the delivery or request compensation.

At the time of delivery, the Customer must verify:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note.
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, nor wet or ruined, including the materials used for sealing (adhesive tape or metal strapping).

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or details, must be immediately reported by indicating the nature of the problem on the product delivery note, which must be returned to the courier.

Any issues related to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the goods received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods indicated in this document.
