Applicable law

The sales contract provided for by these Conditions and its execution are governed by Italian law. No contrary legal provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall apply. In the event of a dispute, it will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city where the Customer resides.
